However, there will definitely be some residual and dirt leftover from the renovation process. Hence, regardless of the "professional" post-work cleanup by your contractors, there will need to be a post-renovation cleaning done by yourselves.

Here are some important steps that you should follow if you want to do the post-construction clean-up like a pro.

1. Ceilings

You should start your clean-up process just from the top of your room. You will have to start from the ceiling portion of the house and gradually come down the flooring portion. 3. Cabinets and Closets

Clean-up inside of cabinets and closets: Due to the construction work, your cabinets and closets get affected and filled with dust and particles as well. You will have to clean it up properly in order to use it for further. You can do it simply. By using a micro-fibre cloth you can wipe out the dust from the closet and cabinet as well. If your closet is filled with clothes, then you will have to take those out and shake it properly in order to remove the dust from it. But in case of cabinet, you will have to work a little more. You will have to pick all the items and clean it properly. After that, you will also have to put them accordingly.
